Other goodies ready to roll out today are the vegan red velvet cupcakes, maple pecan brownie bites and the ginger pear cake. A co-worker reminded me today that it has been awhile since we have had the ginger pear cake so I put it on the top of my priority list and now it is ready to share with you. This cake has a honey ginger flavor with fresh pears sliced baked inside.
In the kitchen today, Chef Ernie made eggrolls filled with papaya, lemongrass and veggies. Chef Sije made chicken and veggie skewers and Josh made beautiful salads with every color in the rainbow.
