In the bakery, the item that I make most often is with out a doubt, CARROT CAKE! Vegan and the regular version are very hard to keep up with. If you have ever had these cakes you know that the regular has walnuts and the vegan has golden raisins. I have a secret to making them unlike any other kind of carrot cake that you have tried. I recently read a very nice review on Yelp Cleveland that raves and raves about our cake. I am so glad that people love it and today I was thrilled to make more for the case as well as for a birthday cake. I bet this picture will make you hungry!
